✔ Smoking Policy – Indoor smoking is not allowed. Use designated smoking areas only.
✔ Fire Safety – Dispose of cigarette butts carefully due to wind and dry grass.
✔ Electrical Safety – Please switch off geysers and air conditioners when not in use.
✔ Furniture Care – Kindly keep furniture in its original place.
✔ Terrace Access – Ensure the terrace door is closed when coming downstairs.
✔ Kitchen Use – Self-cooking is not permitted for guests.
✔ Laundry – Washing clothes inside the villa is not allowed for stays under 3 days.
✔ Pets – Pets are not allowed on furniture, inside the pool, or bathed inside the villa.
✔ Vehicle Washing – Washing vehicles using villa water supply is not allowed.
✔ Staff Timings – Caretaker and cook available from 9 AM to 6 PM.
✔ Late Check-out – Standard check-out is 11 AM. Late check-out will be charged ₹1000 per hour.
