☑ Check-in time and house access will be shared after booking confirmation.
☑ Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late checkout will be charged ₹1000 per hour.
☑ Guests must close all doors and windows before sleeping.
☑ Smoking is not allowed indoors. Use designated smoking areas only.
☑ Please avoid smoking in the garden or artificial grass area.
☑ Switch off ACs and geysers when not in use.
☑ Furniture should not be moved from its original position.
☑ Close the terrace door when coming downstairs.
☑ As the villa is surrounded by nature, please check outdoor seating before use.
☑ Kitchen usage charges: ₹1500 per day if used for cooking.
☑ Gas cylinder must be turned off after use.
☑ Washing clothes inside the villa is not allowed for stays under 3 days.
